The heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium base distributes and retains heat optimally. The extremely efficient heat conduction lets the cookware reach the desired temperature within minutes, allowing the heat to be reduced sooner and so save electricity. The coating is 100% PFOA free, and heat resistant up to 240 °C. The non-stick coating layer is made from AMT’s unique Lotan® sealing with anti-bacterial effect. For cooking, there is no need to use oil, but if preferred, use only a thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil. Don’t use olive oil as this has a high amount of acid which will harm the non-stick coating. Don’t use metal utensils or cut in the cookware. The cookware is dishwasher safe but is also easy to rinse. Don't scrub to clean but use warm water and a little detergent with a cloth. The warranty does not stand if the cookware has been damaged due to neglect or incorrect handling.

Care Instructions
- Initial Cleaning: Before use, clean the cookware with warm water and mild detergent.
- Oiling: After drying, lightly wipe the interior with sunflower oil and remove any excess with a paper towel.
- Cooking Oils: No oil is needed for cooking; if preferred, use a thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil. Avoid olive oil, which can damage the coating.
- Utensils: Use only non-scratch utensils to preserve the non-stick surface.
- Cleaning: If food burns, cover the affected area with a mixture of baking soda and water (toothpaste consistency) and let it sit overnight, then rinse.
- Dishwasher Notes: While the cookware is dishwasher safe, the aluminum base may turn black in the dishwasher. This will not affect cooking performance. Use kitchen paper towels for drying to avoid staining cloth towels.

If you have ordered multiple items, these may arrive in separate deliveries with separate tracking emails.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form or give a OTP Pin send to the cellphone number given on order, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered on that waybill.
Gourmet Gear has multiple warehouses we ship from and sometimes we need to dispatch your order from a few different locations. * At the time of order some items might be out of stock - if so the Gourmet Gear Team will contact you to recommend a similar item that is in stock or we will credit your account or make a full refund payment. Refund payments can take up to 10 days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Gourmet Gear uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery
anywhere in South Africa. Our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. Our Courier partners aim to deliver from date of
dispatch to central areas in South Africa within 2-10 business days or to outlying areas within South Africa within 5-12 business days.
You will receive a tracking email with a tracking link as soon as your items have been booked with the couriers. Please check your Spam Folder as some emails might land there.

DAMAGE IN DELIVERY
Any visible damages must be reported within 48 Hours of signed waybill. Gourmet Gear will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame.
Please make sure you or the person accepting the order on your behalf opens the package and inspect its contents for breakages or damage.

For International delivery please contact us directly and we will create an order for you offline.
OUR POLICY IN SHORT
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to exchange or obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7 calendar days, we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of shipping both ways). NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ACCEPTED ON MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, BULK ORDER ITEMS. We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after 7 calender days and the matter will by considered as closed.
Only use CLEAR TAPE when closing the boxes. No masking, brown or courier adhesive tape will be allowed.

STEPS TO TAKE
Prior to returning your product, please send an email to hello@gourmetgear.co.za. Our customer care team will provide you with all relevant guidelines to proceed with the return (e.g. delivery process).
The following terms must be met: Fitting to be unused and in original condition as delivered with all the accessories and item/s to be returned in original packaging incl all the wappers. Only use CLEAR TAPE when closing the boxes. No masking, brown or courier adhesive tape will be allowed.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Items that was bought on sale or with a discount coupon upon checkout incl but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.
- Gift Cards
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Modifications – where the product was amended, adjusted or tampered with in such a way that it is deemed as modified from the condition that it was originally supplied to you.
- Once the items have been moved/transported from the original delivery address - no return or exchanges will be accepted
- Any shipping fees associated with the order
- Change of mind - you have 7 calender days to see if item is fit for use - if not you can return but shipping both ways will be deducted from the item price - accept for warranty purposes*.

GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For all Decor Items wipe with a dry, clean cloth for general maintenance. Wipe with a clean cloth dampened with a mixture of water and a mild dishwashing detergent if thorough cleaning is necessary — do not use abrasive brushes as this will cause scratching. Only clean as necessary.
